The CSB650 series bearing material is consist of strong
cast bronze
as base material and combined with solid lubricants, this
kind material provides a maintenance-free solution and particularly
for high load and intermittent of oscillating motion.
Bronze wrapped bearings
CSB090 bearing material are provided with a uniform pattern
of indents that act as grease reservoirs. The
CSBT090 supply
the through hole instead of the indents, and which provided
with larger amounts of lubricant to be incorporated. The CSBB09G
type bearings similar to CSB090 but the with graphite in indents
as lubricants, which suitable for initial lubrication.
Bronze powder with steel material
The JF800 material is consist of the bronze powder and steel
backed material, and the CSB850 metal backed bronze with graphite
lined bearing material, sintered layers are of special copper
alloy containing uniformly dispersed solid lubricants. This
series materials is supply for dry/marginal lubricated solutions.
Sintered bronze
